1. Introduction
Welcome to JASIRI BET. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the JASIRI BET website, mobile application and betting services. By registering an account, placing a bet or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place a bet on JASIRI BET. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate any account where the account holder is found to be underage. Accounts may only be opened by residents of jurisdictions where online sports betting is permitted by law.
3. Account Registration
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only hold one active account with JASIRI BET. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated funds forfeited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed via M-Pesa and other methods displayed on the platform. The minimum stake per bet is KES 500 and the maximum stake per bet is KES 20,000 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are sent to the M-Pesa number registered on your account. We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
5. Placing Bets
All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by our system. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at our discretion. JASIRI BET reserves the right to suspend, refuse or limit any bet. Odds are subject to change up until the bet is accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to void the affected bets.
6. Settlement & Payouts
Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant sporting event. Winnings are credited to your account after the result is confirmed. If a match is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with our sport-specific rules. Winnings are calculated using the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed.
7. Responsible Gaming
JASIRI BET is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, time-out options and self-exclusion. Betting should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income. If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, please contact our support team or seek help from a recognised gambling support organisation.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use JASIRI BET for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes. This includes match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering or any attempt to manipulate odds or markets. JASIRI BET may suspend or terminate accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
JASIRI BET is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, delays, errors in data or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with any bet or transaction shall not exceed the stake or amount paid in respect of that bet or transaction.
10. Changes to Terms
JASIRI BET may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
