How do I create an account?
Tap Sign Up, enter your Kenyan phone number and create a secure password. You will receive a verification code by SMS. Once verified, your account is ready to use.
How do I deposit money?
Tap the Deposit button, enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm. You will receive an M-Pesa STK push on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the transaction. Deposits are usually credited instantly.
What is the minimum and maximum stake?
The minimum stake per bet on JASIRI BET is KES 500. The maximum stake per bet is KES 20,000. These limits help us maintain a fair and responsible betting environment.
How do I place a bet?
Browse the available matches, tap the odds you want to add a selection to your bet slip, enter your stake in the bet slip and tap Place Bet. Once confirmed, your bet cannot be cancelled.
How are winnings calculated?
Your possible win is shown in the bet slip before you confirm. It is calculated by multiplying your stake by the total odds of all selections in your bet.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Go to your Profile or the Withdraw page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the M-Pesa number registered on your account. Processing times may vary depending on verification status.
Why was my bet voided?
A bet may be voided if the match is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable time, or if an obvious odds error occurred. Void selections are settled at odds of 1.00 and your stake for that selection is refunded.
Can I cancel a bet?
No. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your selections carefully before placing a bet.
